Scouting for Food Nov. 1-8

The annual Scouting for Food event will be held Nov. 1-8 in Wilmore.  All donated food will be given to the Wilmore-High Bridge Community Center for distribution through the holidays.  Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts will distribute collection bags door-to-door November 1-6. 

Residents are asked to fill the bags with non-perishable foods and hang them on your door knobs by 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8.  The food will be collected after the Veterans' Day Parade.  Call Glen Weinberger (887-1729 or 257-7309) if you have questions.
