In May the Wilmore City Council:
• Approved an "Intent to Annex" Roseglade Farm.
• Amended the city's 1996-97 budget and began work on the 1997-98 budget.
• Approved the purchase of a television set for Project Graduation.
• Put a moratorium on requests for the downtown business incentive until further study.
• Approved the appointment of Eugene Rasmussen to the Ethics Board.
• Approved the contract with Hall and Associates for removal of sludge from the city's water and wastewater plants.
• Approved the painting of the city's fire hydrants by the youth of the Wilmore Free Methodist Church.
