Mike Dulin Promoted to Detective Sergeant

Chief of Police Stephen Boven announced the promotion of Wilmore Police Officer Mike Dulin to the newly created position of Detective Sergeant effective October 1, 1997.  His major responsibility in his new position, aside from his patrol duties, is criminal investigation and work surrounding criminal investigation. 

"Mike has my faith in performing his duties to their fullest," said Chief Boven.
