Rescheduled
On the advice of City Attorney Robert Gullette, the Wilmore City Council rescheduled the public hearing to consider Roseglade Farm's request for annexation and a zone change from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-5 (Rural Transitional).
The hearing had previously been scheduled for November 24, but on November 17 Mr. Gullette advised the Council that a legal notice must appear in the Jessamine Journal at least seven days prior to the public hearing.
The public hearing will be held in the gymnasium of Wilmore Elementary School at 7:00 p.m., December 8. The City Council expects to vote on the request that evening. All Wilmore residents are encouraged to attend this important meeting.
